How To Enable Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to use your existing Microsoft 365 Email or Google Email as your login to the Viirtue Portal. Please note, this feature must be enabled by Viirtue before these steps will work. Please have your domain administrator reach out to us to enable this feature for you.


If you are a Reseller, please reach out to us for specific configuration instructions.


As an Office Manager, log into the portal, and, if you don't see "Users" at the top, click "Manage Organization" to get to the Users page.






Select the user you'd like to enable SSO for by clicking on their name. Here you'll see their profile. Scroll down to the section called "Change Account Security" to enable SSO.



Clicking on either of the buttons will bring up a window to log in using that service. Log in using your credentials to set up Single Sign-On.
