Adding an e911 location to a device

This feature is useful if a user has more than one phone in different locations under the same user. For example a work phone and home phone. They will need a direct DID that is registered to their location and assigned. 

 

 

  1. Log in to the Portal with a scope of Office Manager or higher and navigate to the desired domain > User Index Select user to edit > Phones.
  2. As a Portal User (if provided access), navigate to Phones and select Edit (pencil icon)
  3. A 911 Caller ID text field will be available for entry (views may differ based on scope settings)
