Setting your answering rules to ring your webphone and/or mobile

1. When logged into the portal click answering the answering rules icon:



2. Once in your answering rules, edit the rule you wish to use.  If you have no other rules, simply edit the default rule or add a time frame by clicking the "add rule" button.

3.  Then, edit the answering rule and check the box that says "Simultaneous ring"

4. Check "Ring All User's phones to enable inbound calls to both your WebPhone and your Mobile App.  To enable calls to ring to your cell phone number directly, enter the full number in the box as shown below.  Additionally, you can add a ring delay to that action.



5. Click "Save" - That's it!
