In order to make sure your customers receive white label emails from your domain, we will need the SMTP settings below:
SMTP Host: smtp.mailgun.org for example. This will be different for each provider
SMTP Port: This is normally 587 or 465 but your provider will confirm
SMTP username: The user name specified by your provider
SMTP Password: The password is not your login password. SMTP passwords are very long and very random. Normally the password is 12 or more characters.
You may need to make an SPF record to allow our server to send emails using your domain. An SPF record is a DNS text record. The syntax for this can be found below. Our IP address will be provided in your onboarding ticket. If you are having issues you can open a ticket with your DNS provider and copy email@example.com.
v=spf1 ip4:X.X.X.X include:emailservicedomain.com -all
Note: We have not found success when resellers use Office365 for SMTP. We can confirm support with Mailgun, Dreamhost, Gmail, & SendGrid currently.
