Quick Tutorial: How To Listen In on an Active Call

*Please keep in mind that you require the scope of Office Manager to view active calls in the portal.

As an Office Manager, the home page should look like this. Scroll all the way down, and you will see the current active calls below the graph. 

On the right side, it shows the statistics of calls. Circled in red shows the number of current active calls.

Follow the arrow, and click the speaker icon on the same row of the call. Your desk phone will ring just as you are receiving a call. Once you answer it, you will be able to listen in on the active call.
