Time of Day Routing

The TOD routing feature will streamline call flow creation for resellers. The feature uses API calls to create the dummy "main number routing" user and answering rules through the inventory tab.

1. Select the number in the inventory tab and enable time frames.

2. The same answering rule creation rules apply. The default time frame will function as your after hours rule.

3. Select and add the business hours time frame.

4. Slide business hours time frame above default and point to the required user.

5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 to add additional time frames. Any time frame built on specific dates or ranges, like a holiday time frame, needs to be at the top of the list.
