For Resellers: Submitting a Port Request

 

Please note that all LOAs and Resporgs must match identically to the customer information as reflected on the losing carriers CSR.  Also, the LOA or Resporg MUST be typed.

For non toll-free numbers:

Use the attached LOA template and feel free to brand with your company name and logo.

1.Request a phone bill or CSR from customer. Fill out the LOA with customer name, account number, BTN, and list the telephone numbers the client wishes to port.

2.Have client authorize and date LOA.  Loa must be dated within 30 days of port submission.

3.Submit the port to Viirtue by emailing support@viirtue.com .  Attach the signed LOA and a copy of the customer CSR or most recent phone bill.  Also include the list of TNs to port and the requested port date in body of email.  This will automatically generate a porting ticket.

note: all ports are automatically triggered at 8:00 PM EST unless manually requested for manual porting earlier in the day.

For Toll Free Numbers:

Use the attached Resporg and feel free to brand with your company name and logo.

1.Request a phone bill or CSR from customer. Fill out the Resporg with customer name, account number, BTN, and list the telephone numbers the client wishes to port.

2.Have client authorize and date Resporg.  Resporg must be dated within 30 days of port submission.

3.Submit the port to Viirtue by emailing support@viirtue.com .  Attach the signed Resporg and a copy of the customer CSR or most recent phone bill.  Also include the list of TNs to port and the requested port date in body of email.  This will automatically generate a porting ticket.

note: all ports are automatically triggered at 11:30 AM EST
