Retrieving SIP Flows

1. In the call history tab of the manager portal, use the filter button to find the example call.

2. Select the Trace button of the example call.

3. Select the view full trace button.

4. Copy the link at the top of the browser and send it to support@viirtue.com with a description of the issue.
